I had an excellent experience completing my Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training with Matt. His teaching style was clear, engaging and well-structured, making what can be a complex subject much easier to understand. Matt demonstrated a deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and explained key concepts such as DMAIC, process mapping and waste reduction in a practical, relatable way. I particularly appreciated the real-world examples he used, which helped bring the material to life and showed how these tools can be applied in everyday work situations. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the concepts in a clear, practical way that made them easy to understand. The course was delivered at great pace, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions without ever feeling rushed. One of Matts real strengths was using relatable stories and real-life examples to reinforce key principles, which made the content much easier to remember. He also built great rapport with everyone in the room, using humour appropriately to keep the session engaging and enjoyable while maintaining a professional learning environment. #I would highly recommend Matt as a trainer. Jane Pearman FRSM18 March 2026Hosting an Awards Night to over 180 vulnerable service users and family seemed a daunting task but with Matt by my side as co-host the evening was a huge success. I am used to doing formal medical conferences but to stand up in-front of friends and family the pressure was certainly on. Matts ability to capture the audience was amazing and the banter we shared on the stage came naturally and instantly put me at ease. An emotional, hard hitting charity awards night was turned into a night of celebration, inspiration and success and I can honestly say there is no one I would rather share the stage with than Matt. When are we doing it again? I can’t wait for the next time!

The sessions were well structured, practical, and easy to follow, making Lean Six Sigma Green Belt much clearer and easier to understand in a real working environment. Matt was outstanding throughout the training. He was very knowledgeable, approachable, and highly engaging throughout the sessions. He explained the concepts clearly and helped us truly understand what Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is and how to apply it in our day-to-day roles, not just in theory. Neil Harrison9 April 2025In March 2025 IHG brought together all the Finance leaders from our Leased and Managed hotels across Europe, the theme of the conference was Waste Busting and how we in Finance can add value by eradicating waste and non-value adding processes. Matt facilitated a full day session helping us all to see and recognise the wastes, his passion, enthusiasm, and above all his engaging delivery help deliver a conference which was full energy. The only two things that we asked our leaders to come with was an open mind and curiosity, Matt certainly open their minds and they all left the wonderful InterContinental Malta with a great deal of curiosity about busting the wastes. We have now asked Matt to look at supporting us over the next 12 months in delivering this change making project, using Lean Six Sigma to improve our Guest experience, colleague engagement and owners returns. Would have no hesitation in recommending Matt not only for his leadership in Continuous Improvement but also helping lead a culture change to deliver great outcomes for customers, colleagues, and owners. P.S. Doing the Yes No game live in front of 80 colleagues was the most terrifying, exhilarating and above all fun thing I have done at any conference!!!!!!+0
